The Pembroke Education Foundation (PEF) invites you to participate in a new Shining Star Program designed to honor any Pembroke educator, including teachers, aides, nurses and other administrators who assist in the education of your child(ren). 

Donations, in any whole dollar amount, are accepted. Teachers/administrators will receive a “Star” as well as be listed as a “Shining Star” in materials throughout the school system.  A personalized letter from you and your child will be sent to the teacher directly by PEF.  Most importantly, your donation will go directly to enrichment programs for your child(ren). 

Funds collected will be used to fund PEF grants and possibly technology related projects within the schools.

The Foundation was extremely pleased to have received so many high quality grant applications.  We received 15 grant requests totaling almost $26,000.  We are please to contribute to the following projects with grants totaling over $6,000.
